In my career as a medical professional, I have helped hundreds of patients rehabilitate their hearts and get back to their jobs along with doing what they love. I have written exercise prescriptions for adults with all forms of Cardiovascular Disease including Transplants, as well as Diabetes, Dementia, COPD, Fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s and Morbid Obesity.
As Strength Coach and Personal Trainer, I have helped athletes and normal individuals maximize their potential and increase strength, speed, aerobic capacity, and reaction time while helping them lose weight and achieve an optimal physique through nutritional guidance.
