Happy training on your own but would like expert guidance programming your sessions?

I have created an online coaching plan for people with individual life situations who want to workout anywhere and anytime. I believe that successful online coaching comes from extensive knowledge and experience in helping everyday people, athletes, and patients with chronic diseases achieve fantastic physiques, become stronger, faster, and live healthy lives; an experience I definitely have. 

My online coaching plans run for 4, 8 or 12 weeks. I will be on hand to make adjustments to your plan based on training requests, daily schedule, age, weight and more. I will ask the necessary questions to come up with the right training plan for you. I will check on you once a week, but you can always reach out with any questions via email and/or phone. All plans come with detailed descriptions on how to perform each exercise as well as details outlining how the plan should be tackled and adapted.  All plans and supporting documents are delivered via a shared Google drive folder. 

On top of your workouts, I also offer meal plans and nutritional advice. It is well known in this industry that 80% is diet and 20% exercise. For this reason, I strongly suggest using the combination package of tailor-made online personal training and nutrition coaching to help you achieve your goals as fast as possible. The meal plans are fun and personally tailored to what you like to eat.
